The Challenge

Miyuki Realty, a rising luxury real estate and construction brand, required a bold and minimal identity that could stand apart in a market dominated by generic visuals. The goal was to create a brand that reflected architectural precision, premium living, and long term trust.

The identity needed to feel modern and timeless while aligning with high end residential offerings.

Our Solution

Rize Branding developed a strong and refined identity rooted in clean geometry and architectural clarity.

  • Logo Design: The logo is built around a bold architectural “M”, symbolising structure, stability, and elevated living. Its geometric form creates a strong and recognisable presence, reflecting precision and a premium standard of construction.

  • Color Palette: A rich, dark base paired with warm metallic tones creates a sense of depth, exclusivity, and understated luxury. Positioning the brand within a premium space.

  • Typography & Minimalism: A clean, contemporary typeface reinforces clarity and sophistication, complementing the architectural nature of the mark.
